An auxiliary heat kit is your safety net during NL's coldest weeks. When the heat pump alone can't keep up — typically below -15°C — the aux heat strip kicks in to maintain temperature. We install 10kW and 15kW kits from the same manufacturers as your heat pump, sized to your home and panel capacity.
